Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in the inaugural Corks & Shells Wine Festival hosted by THRIVE in Southern New Mexico. The goal of this event is to highlight our local and regional wine and pistachio industry. This will be an annual event held on the third Saturday of October.

Applications will be reviewed immediately, please note there are limited spots available and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all applicants. Applicants will be accepted on a first come first serve bases.

The following is a list of non-negotiable requirements by THRIVE in Southern New Mexico and the City of Alamogordo.

Food Vendor Must Provide:

All required permits and licenses, as well as comply with all local fire department codes, and regulations in connection with services provided at the event.
Commercial General Liability insurance with a limit not less than $1,000,000 per each occurrence. Workers’ compensation insurance with statutory benefits as required by any applicable state and federal law and, to the extent applicable as it would pertain to the products and services, business auto liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident.
All supplies and necessary products to execute their services.
Sufficient staff to provide products and services in a timely manner (approximately 6 credentials will be allotted to each vendor, depending on the size of the footprint at the event).

The General Liability certificate must list THRIVE in Southern New Mexico

The following entity must be listed as an additional insured

Food Vendor Requirements:

Vendors are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED (this is not mandatory) to include one specialty item on your menu that includes pistachios show your creativity and have some fun!
Vendor must operate its booth during ALL operating hours, as defined by the event 12-6:00 PM.
Vendor is responsible for payment of any and all state sales tax on items sold.
Vendor will be required to pay a $75.00 USD non-refundable registration fee, to THRIVE in Southern New Mexico. Your fee is payable at the time of application.

Food Vendor Footprint Will Include:

All power required to provide products and services.
Ample space to operate and provide quality service to the attendees.
Approximately (6) working credentials for staff.
Marketing on THRIVE in Southern New Mexico's social media outlets.

All required permits from the New Mexico Alcohol Beverage Control Division.
Commercial General Liability insurance with a limit not less than $1,000,000 per each occurrence. Workers’ compensation insurance with statutory benefits as required by any applicable state and federal law and, to the extent applicable as it would pertain to the products and services, business auto liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident.
