Michelle Gill serves as the Executive Director of THRIVE in Southern New Mexico, where she is passionate about connecting businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders to strengthen the communities they call home. With experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, event planning, and community engagement, Michelle is dedicated to helping local organizations thrive through collaboration and workplace giving.

A lifelong advocate for service, Michelle believes lasting change happens when people come together with a shared purpose. She enjoys building meaningful relationships, supporting local initiatives, and creating a lasting impact throughout Southern New Mexico.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and family, supporting local businesses, and continuing to find new ways to serve the community she proudly calls home.

Julie Baker

Julie Baker has proudly served as the Operations Manager for THRIVE in Southern New Mexico for the past five years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and brings experience in outpatient clinic management and volunteer management through the City of Alamogordo’s RSVP Program.

Julie takes great pride in supporting THRIVE’s mission through financial oversight, organizational compliance, and helping strengthen the organization’s nonprofit partners and the communities they serve. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling in her motorhome, and spending time with family. As a military brat and the wife of a retired service member, Julie is proud to call Alamogordo home.

Sarah French serves as the Event & Marketing coordintor for THRIVE in Southern New Mexico, where she leads marketing efforts, community engagement, and the planning of THRIVE’s signature events. With a passion for storytelling and building meaningful connections, Sarah works to share THRIVE’s mission, strengthen community partnerships, and highlight the impact of local giving.

With experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, and donor engagement, Sarah enjoys creating opportunities that bring people together and inspire support for THRIVE’s nonprofit partners throughout Southern New Mexico. She takes pride in helping grow the organization’s presence and connecting the community to the important work being done every day.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her son, exploring, and finding new ways to serve and connect with her community.
