THRIVE is dedicated to strengthening Otero and Lincoln Counties by connecting businesses, nonprofits, volunteers, and community members. Through workplace giving, community partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and our signature events, we help local organizations continue making a difference right here at home.

While many people know us through events like Corks & Shells, Day of Caring, or our Annual Awards Banquet, our work continues all year long. Every donation, volunteer hour, and partnership helps local nonprofits provide direct services to families, children, seniors, veterans, and individuals throughout Southern New Mexico.
